Author Guidelines

Jurnal Inovasi dan Teknologi Pendidikan (INTEP) welcomes original research articles and scholarly manuscripts that contribute to the development of educational innovation and technology.

1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  1. The manuscript must be original and must not have been previously published or simultaneously submitted to another journal.
  2. The manuscript must be relevant to the focus and scope of Jurnal Inovasi dan Teknologi Pendidikan.
  3. The manuscript should present clear research objectives, appropriate methodology, relevant findings, and a well-supported discussion.
  4. Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information, references, data, and ethical aspects of their manuscripts.
  5. The manuscript must be written in clear academic English or Indonesian.

2. MANUSCRIPT STRUCTURE

Research articles should generally contain the following sections:

  1. Title
  2. Author Names and Affiliations
  3. Abstract
  4. Keywords
  5. Introduction
  6. Methods
  7. Results
  8. Discussion
  9. Conclusion
  10. References

The structure may be adjusted according to the characteristics of the research and the journal template.

3. MANUSCRIPT FORMAT

Authors are required to prepare manuscripts according to the official JITP article template. Manuscripts should use appropriate academic formatting, citation style, tables, figures, and references.

4. REFERENCES

Authors should use relevant and up-to-date scholarly references. All references cited in the manuscript must appear in the reference list, and all references in the reference list must be cited in the manuscript.

5. PEER REVIEW

All submitted manuscripts are subject to an initial editorial screening and a double-blind peer-review process. Manuscripts are evaluated based on their relevance, originality, methodological quality, academic contribution, and presentation.

6. ETHICAL RESPONSIBILITY

Authors must ensure that their manuscripts comply with academic integrity and publication ethics. Any form of plagiarism, duplicate publication, fabrication, falsification, or other academic misconduct is not acceptable.

7. ARTICLE PROCESSING CHARGE

Jurnal Inovasi dan Teknologi Pendidikan (JITP) currently does not charge authors any submission fee or Article Processing Charge (APC). This policy may be reviewed in the future and any changes will be announced officially by the journal.

8. COPYRIGHT AND LICENSE

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submitted manuscripts do not infringe the copyright or intellectual property rights of others. Further copyright and licensing information is provided in the journal's publication policies.
